Your responsibilities:
  • Accompany a group of up to 18 children aged 12 months to 6 years in their development with humor and joy
  • Support the children in their holistic learning
  • Encourage the children to try things out and gain experience independently
  • Enable children to grow and discover the world with courage and strength
  • You create a place where children can make friends and learn to nurture friendships
  • Be a trusted resource for parents and guardians
  • Observe and document the children's development
  • You will enjoy helping to organize and participate in festivals, celebrations and parent-teacher conferences
  • Support the group leader

We are looking for:
  • Successfully completed training as an educator or equivalent professional certification as an educator or equivalent professional training
  • Enjoy working with children
  • A willingness to take on responsibility and the ability to work in a team
  • Creativity, enthusiasm and empathy
  • Fluency in German
