Advice service

Independent advice and support for family caregivers

Do you assist or care for relatives or acquaintances at home? If you do, then you likely know that you are on-call twenty-four hours a day and that caring becomes more difficult as time goes on. You are often exhausted and don’t know how to cope with what lies ahead.

Our advice service for family caregivers will be happy to advise you and assist you with all your home care issues.

Professional advice and assistance

We provide you with expert advice on how to deal with and care for confused and mentally challenged elderly people, people recovering from a stroke and other neurological diseases, or convalescing after a stay in hospital (e.g. after surgery) with severe illnesses.

We conduct intensive discussions with you about your daily concerns and problems in caring for relatives, interpersonal problems with those in your care, any feelings of guilt and a bad conscience, stress, mental and physical strain.

You are welcome to join us for a free consultation, either via telephone or in person - also in your home. Our ambulatory care or day care service will also be happy to assist and support you in the long term.
