The Queer Residence Herzog*in is located in the district of Sendling, directly at Herzog-Ernst-Platz, betweeen Westpark and Theresienwiese. The Queer Residence Herzog*in offers elderly LGBTI* people a safe place to live with affordable rents and diversity-sensitive care and assistance when needed.

Completed in 2023, the residence has 20 barrier-free accessible two-room apartments and 8 one-room apartments on four floors. Each apartment comes with a 24-hour emergency line, has a fully equipped kitchen and a barrier-free bathroom with shower and towel heater. The apartments have high-quality oak parquet flooring and underfloor heating. Glazed loggias provide optimal sound insulation from the street.

The spacious terrace on the 1st floor and the large inner courtyard are available to all residents during the warm season. Cellar rooms, underground parking spaces and a communal laundry room complete the wide range of services.

Of course, all technical amenities are state-of-the-art. Each apartment is connected to MÜNCHENSTIFT's fiber-optic network, which offers fast and stable WiFi connectivity as well as international TV with around 200 channels.
