Your responsibilities:
- Assisting residents to move in and relocate, including clearing out apartments
- Various repair jobs
- Preparing for events and clearing up afterwards, setting out chairs, etc.
- Waste disposal, collection and disposal of recyclables
- Snow clearing and gritting, outdoor maintenance
Your credentials:
- Good manual skills, ideally training in a skilled trade
- Physical resilience
- Flexibility and willingness to work varied hours
- Good communication skills
- PC user skills
- Enjoys interacting with the elderly
- Gender and cultural-sensitive awareness
- Good German oral and written skills (CEFR B1)
