Your responsibilities:

Nursing and administering treatment, as well as supporting and providing guidance to our residents
Digital documentation of the care activities
Contact for clients, their families, as well as persons involved in nursing and caregiving
Participation in ensuring care and assistance standards, care professionalism, as well as continuous quality assurance and optimisation
Support with biography-focused care process planning
Transparent communication with persons involved in nursing and caregiving (including case discussions, taking part in meetings)
Personnel management and duty roster planning as deputy to the residential unit manager
Participation in managing the residential unit (use and purchasing of resources, collecting relevant data, reporting, etc.)

Your credentials:

Qualified/registered nurse or comparable healthcare training
Planned or on-going nursing training or qualified/registered nurse, ward sister/charge nurse or residential unit manager in accordance with section 71 SGB XI
Strong organisational and communication skills
Poised manner
Gender and cultural-sensitive awareness
Good German oral and written skills (CEFR B1)
