Your responsibilities:

Training and supporting daily competences and measures designed to establish a daily routine (conversation, reading, playing, going for walks, shopping, etc.)
Planning and designing a tailored care programme
Close cooperation with persons involved in nursing and caregiving
Digital documentation of the care activities
Participation in meetings, further training and events

Your credentials:

Qualified caregiver or care assistant in accordance with section 53b SGB XI or section 53c SGB XI or section 43b SGB XI or section 87b (3) SGB XI
Completed work placement as caregiver or care assistant
Flexibility for shift times (early and late shift) from Monday to Sunday and on public holidays
Applicants with nursing experience are welcome
Strong capacity for empathy, stable personality
Gender and cultural-sensitive awareness
Good German oral and written skills (CEFR B1)
