Your responsibilities:
- Participation in personnel management and development, including employee interviews, ascertaining needs relating to further training and support in the selection procedure
- Ensuring implementation of the nursing and care concept
- Management, reviewing and continuous development of nursing and care quality by means of care rounds, case discussions, etc.
- Continuous development of biography-focused care process planning
- Support in the implementation and control of all legal requirements and further regulations
- Ensuring documentation and reporting
- Transparent communication with persons involved in nursing and caregiving and further interfaces (including organisation and participation in meetings and committees, complaint management, etc.)
- Support in managing the residential units with data relevant to the unit.
- Cooperation and PR work
Your credentials:
- Qualified / registered nurse or comparable healthcare training
- Qualified/registered nurse, ward sister/charge nurse or residential unit manager in accordance with section 71 SGB XI
- Planned, on-going or completed training as nursing manager in accordance with sections 78 to 82 AV Pfl. WoqG or nursing teacher
- Experience in a managerial role
- Structured, concept-based work approach
- Inspiring, communicative personality
- Gender and cultural-sensitive awareness
- Good German oral and written skills (CEFR B1)
