Your responsibilities: 

• Ensuing nursing and care standards, as well as care professionalism 

• Continuous quality assurance and optimisation 

• Biography-focused care process planning 

• >>Effective participation in nursing and administering treatment<< 

• Personnel management, development and shift planning 

• Transparent communication with team members and other persons (case discussions, care rounds, risk potential analyses, organisation and participation in meetings) 

• Contact for residents and their families, as well as persons involved in nursing and caregiving 

• Managing the residential unit (use and purchasing of resources, collecting relevant data, reporting, etc.)
