Your responsibilities:
  • Co-development and implementation of quality management
  • Participation in the implementation and continuous development of a housekeeping concept
  • Participation in the development, planning, coordination, and control of the structural and procedural organisation in the housekeeping domain
  • Conducting employee training
  • Organisation and carrying out of internal and external events
  • Residence interior design/decoration
  • Organisation, maintenance, and supervision of cleaning services
  • Responsibility for internal cost allocation and calculating internal operating figures
  • In-house controlling of relevant housekeeping data
Your credentials:
  • Housekeeping or hotel management training
  • Several years’ experience
  • Experience in quality management
  • Business management mindset and approach 
  • Structured and goal-driven working
  • Strong focus on service provision
  • High degree of commitment to motivating and managing employees
  • Enjoyment and patience when interacting with the elderly
  • Gender and cultural-sensitive awareness 
  • Good German oral and written skills (CEFR B1)
