Your responsibilities:
- Residence cost accounting
- Processing invoices, sending reminders
- Correspondence with funding bodies and insurance companies
- Processing applications for care grades
- Drafting and closing residential care agreements
- Contact for clients and their families in matters relating to agreements and billing
- Management of moves and relocations within the context of contracts
- Cash/pocket money management
- Additional administrative tasks such as placing orders, etc.
Your credentials:
- Commercial training qualification
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, management or administration
- Sure-handed dealing with outstanding bills
- Patience and understanding in dealing with the elderly, as well as with persons involved in nursing and caregiving
- Performance-drive, transparent work approach
- Gender and cultural-sensitive awareness
- Good German oral and written skills (CEFR B1)
